- Tickets can be paid for by credit card, prepaid credit card, or debit card. We accept cards from the companies listed.
- To use a payment card, it must support and use the 3D Secure authentication service.
- Do not purchase tickets for business purposes.

- Please purchase entry tickets for the specific date and time you want to visit.
- Tickets grant entry only at the listed date and time.
- Interactive exhibits require digital coins to use.
Visitors will be granted a limited number of coins upon entering the museum. Because coins are limited, visitors will not be able to experience all of the museum's interactive exhibits in a single visit. - If the person with accessibility needs is a preschooler, their entry is free. Otherwise, their ticket will be the same price as a child ticket. A ticket for a companion can also be purchased for the price of a child ticket. For more details, see the FAQ.
How to Get Tickets
- Drawing entry example: People who want to visit on July 15th can enter a drawing between April 1st and April 30th. If their entry is selected, they can purchase a ticket for that date.
- No drawing example: People who want to visit on July 15th may purchase tickets for that date between mid-May and July 14th.

1. Tickets are linked to visitors' names. Names on visitor tickets must match identification.
Purchasing tickets for resale is strictly prohibited. -
2. Bring identification on the day of your visit.
Visitors must present identification to enter the museum.
All visitors must have some form of identification.
If a visitor's identity cannot be verified, they may be denied entry. -
3. Take public transit to the museum.
The museum does not offer parking spaces for cars, motorcycles, or bicycles.
Do not travel to the museum by cars, motorcycles, or bicycles.
Please take public transit to reach the museum.
For those with accessibility needs, information on reserving a parking space will be sent to you by email. -

Nintendo Museum will allow one person with accessibility needs and one companion to enter the museum for the price of a child ticket. If a person with accessibility needs is a preschooler or a child, only the price of their companion's ticket will be reduced. (Preschoolers can enter free of charge.)Visitors who purchase tickets at the price set for those with accessibility needs must bring valid identification with them to the museum.
When entering visitor information, select "one or more visitors have accessibility needs" when the option appears.
Those with accessibility needs will need to present valid certification of their need (or Mirairo ID) upon entering the museum. -

To ensure everyone has a safe and pleasant visit, we will check any bags visitors are carrying as they enter the museum. Thank you for your cooperation.Museum staff will inspect the contents of any bags entering the museum.

6. Review the procedure for issuing QR codes.
Visitors will need to present their QR codes to enter the museum.
Sign in with your Nintendo Account, open the menu, and then select Review Tickets for the Issue QR Code option. Once you select Issue QR Code, the ticket will no longer be refundable.
