■Timing and method of payment
・Credit card payment
Accepted credit card brands are VISA, MasterCard, and JCB.
When using a credit card, it will be deemed as having been used on the day the agreement between you and ourselves was concluded, in terms of ordered products. Withdrawal dates and payment terms vary by credit card company.

■When will the product be provided?
Tickets will be displayed on the ticketing website. Purchased tickets can be viewed on the ticketing website immediately following completion of payment; however, the QR code required to enter the museum can only be viewed from the date and time indicated in the email sent after the purchase is completed, or on the ticketing-website purchase-complete screen.

■Terms of sale
・The maximum number of tickets that can be purchased per day is 8.
・A Nintendo Account is required to purchase products and the Nintendo Account Terms and Conditions and Nintendo Account Privacy Policy apply.
・Tickets cannot be purchased using a child account.

■Cancellations and returns
・Purchased tickets can only be canceled if all of the following requirements are met and not otherwise:
(1) You are trying to cancel before the scheduled date and time of visit.
(2) The QR code has not been issued or viewed on the ticket page.
(3) If there are any guest tickets, the tickets have not been distributed to the guests.
(4) If a preschooler Ticket or a child Ticket will remain after cancellation, at least one adult Ticket will also remain.
Please note that if additional payment is required due to the cancellation of a portion of the purchased tickets, the cancellation can only be processed by visiting the Facility.
Preschooler tickets cannot be canceled without also cancelling the associated adult ticket purchased for the parent or guardian.
・If the Facility is closed at our discretion, we may propose an alternative date of visit, cancel the purchased tickets on the applicable date, or refund the tickets accordingly.

■Other
・An internet-connected smartphone or tablet is required to use the tickets.
・Tickets are not transferable to others regardless of whether they are paid or free of charge.
